Orthodontics
The purpose of orthodontic treatment is to align the teeth in order to optimise their fit for mastication (correcting bites to avoid functional occlusal disharmony), for aesthetic purposes, and to facilitate the fitting of a prosthesis or dental hygiene. In some cases, we intervene on the development of the jaws (orthopaedics) to improve function and, if possible, aesthetics during the period of facial growth.

Dental Implants
An implant (or fixation) is a small elongated screw-shaped or cylindrical piece, made of GRADE 4 titanium (biocompatible), which, installed in the maxillary bones, ‘fuses’ with them after a few weeks (known as osseointegration).
We use top quality, grade 4 titanium implants, BTI and Neodent (Straumann).
The implants thus behave like the roots of missing teeth, providing anchorage for prostheses to replace the missing tooth or teeth. This prosthesis can be fixed or removable (removable at will) and does not need to be supported or attached to natural teeth remaining in the mouth.
Oral Surgery
Extraction of teeth, including wisdom teeth and root remains included in the bone or semi-included in the bone, granulomas, cysts, etc.
Bone regeneration, gum grafts, frenectomies.
Maxillary sinus lift surgery.
Surgery to take tissue for histopathological analysis (biopsies).
